Shipping policy

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Once you have completed your order online we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Antipodes Glazes.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Antipodes Glazes will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received. For larger orders, over 5kg, delivery costs will be agreed by both parties prior to dispatch.

We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access directly on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.

In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on full order weight, as follows:

  • Orders up to 2kg - £5.99
  • Orders between 2-5kg - £8.99
  • Orders over 5kg - will be priced individually and agreed with the customer before dispatch.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be by either Royal Mail/Parcelforce/FedEx, dependent on order size, availability and delivery location

  • Delivery times will normally be 3-5 working days, depending on stock availability 
  • Next Day Delivery - in some instances, next day delivery may be possible, depending on delivery location, order size and stock availability. If you wish to request next-day delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order to ensure we can accomodate.
